The bottle production of the winery has varied year to year and the permit of 59,000 gallons is equal to 2.4 gallons/case and 12 bottles per case which equals approx 25,000 cases.or 300.000 bottles.                                                                                                                                           The

Permit is also easily expandable and the facility can handle a much larger production.                                                                                                                                                        As An example the facility produced 85,000 gallons in 2006 which equals 425,000 bottles.
